Bethenny Frankel Slams Newark Airport International Terminal in Scathing Review

Bethenny Frankel gave her Instagram followers a hilarious guided tour of the international terminal at New Jersey’s Newark Airport, calling the entire space a “really dreck” “non-event.”

Frankel panned around the surprisingly small terminal, highlighting the “garbouj” duty-free section and crowded lounge. She also showed the “craft services,” which consisted of dozens of bags of only Fritos chips, unwrapped muffins mashed into a large serving container, a huge pot containing the remains of chicken noodle soup, and a basically empty jar of mostly broken pretzel sticks.

Frankel’s meal, which she ordered, included tortilla chips, salsa, queso, a chicken sandwich, some fries, and a side Caesar salad. She joked that the chips, which looked exactly like a Tostitos Scoop, must be “French” and urged her fiancé, Paul Bernon, to “go for Scoopa.”

The next stop on Frankel’s tour was the bathroom, which she described as “beyond.” She pointed out a container of Lysol wipes that had been left out on the sink, “two random garbages” sitting next to each other on the floor, and a pile of seemingly used towels shoved into a shelf.

She then returned to her table to discover that her empty plates had not yet been cleared. And “an hour later,” the majority of the food and snack bins were still empty.

“This is really something else. This is shocking so far,” she said, making sure to document a full trash bag that was “just out” in the open.

Frankel revealed that she was “flying business class” on French boutique airline La Compagnie and paid $3,200 one way for her ticket. She acknowledged that the staff was working hard, but her overall “rating” was still “disgusto.”

Though Frankel has been branded “out of touch” for her hot takes in the past, many social media users agreed with her assessment of the lounge.

“For $3,200 one way they had better be cutting my croissant for me,” one jokester commented beneath the clip.

“This makes me feel better that the rich and famous still get to feel humiliated by airports,” another remarked.
