A source told Us Weekly that the couple is “still living together, but every day is an uphill battle.” The insider also said that those close to them believe the reconciliation will be short-lived.
Kim, 45, filed to dismiss her divorce from Kroy, 37, earlier this month. However, the source said that there is “simply too much bad blood and hatred toward each other” between the couple. They also said that Kim and Kroy are not seeking counseling.
The couple has four children together: Kroy, 11, and Kash, 10, and 9-year-old twins Kaia and Kane. Kim also has two older daughters, Brielle and Ariana, from previous relationships.
Shortly after Kim filed for divorce, Kroy demanded sole custody of their four kids and possession of their massive Georgia home. He also accused Kim of a serious gambling problem and said she didn’t pay adequate attention to their children.
RHOA star Shereé Whitfield has said that Kim is “not doing well” and that she was “shocked” by the news of the divorce.
Despite the challenges they face, Kim and Kroy were recently seen attending church in Atlanta with their family and enjoying dinner out. It remains to be seen whether their reconciliation will be successful.
