Khloe Kardashian Takes In Tristan Thompson and His Disabled Brother After Mom's Death

Khloe Kardashian and her family rallied around Tristan Thompson after his mother, Andrea, passed away suddenly in January 2023. Andrea was 53 years old.

Tristan and Khloe traveled to Toronto to take care of Andrea’s affairs and bring her youngest son, Amari, who is severely disabled, back to California with them. Amari’s roof caved in during a storm, so he and Tristan were staying with Khloe until Tristan’s home could be repaired.

Khloe said that she was not back together with Tristan, but that she was providing support for him and Amari as they grieved Andrea’s death. She said that she believes that God has a plan for everything, and that in this case, it meant that Tristan wasn’t meant to be alone while he grieved.

Kris Jenner was emotional as she verbalized what Tristan and his family were going through. She said that she was “lost” for Amari, who didn’t know what was going on and had been stripped from the caretaker he’d had his whole life.

Tristan vowed to be a good parental figure for Amari now that Andrea was gone. He said that the one thing Andrea always wanted was to make sure Amari was good, and that he was going to make sure that happened.

The Kardashian family’s support for Tristan and Amari during this difficult time is a testament to their strength and love. They are showing that family is more than just blood relations, and that it is possible to find support and love even in the most difficult of circumstances.
