Gwyneth Paltrow and her daughter Apple Martin are the spitting image of each other in a new photo. The mother-daughter duo posed in matching green Hunter rainboots in an adorable new photo shared by Paltrow on Instagram.
In the photo, Paltrow, 50, and Apple, 19, cuddled up to each other and smiled for the camera. Both women wore the knee-high green rubber boots, and Paltrow paired hers with a short-sleeve white button-down Goop shirt and green and white checkered Rosie Assoulin shorts. Apple wore an ivory button-down midi dress.
The two women’s faces were nearly identical in the photo, with both of them having their mouths open wide and a look of excitement on their faces. Apple also bore a striking resemblance to her father, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.
Paltrow captioned the photo, “OOTD summer roundup.” In the slideshow, she also shared several other photos of herself wearing stylish outfits from her summer. These included a black and white button-down Brunello Cucinelli shirt tucked into a pair of high-waisted fitted white shorts, a blue and white striped button-up Goop shirt dress with blue and green slippers, and a plunging black bodysuit with a high-waisted, pleated midi skirt.
Paltrow and Apple have always been close, and they often share photos of themselves together on social media. In a recent interview, Paltrow said that she is “so proud” of Apple and that she is “a kind, compassionate, and brilliant young woman.”
