Madonna's Lace Corset Signals Return to Form After Hospitalization

Madonna is back and better than ever, as evidenced by her latest Instagram post. The 65-year-old pop icon shared a carousel of photos on Tuesday, showing off her signature black lace corset.

In the first photo, Madonna is seen guzzling a drink in a black New York T-shirt. In the next photo, she is wearing the corset, which looks much like the same one she wore in the 1980s. She also posted a glamorous mirror photo of herself applying under-eye makeup with a beauty blender.

Madonna captioned the post “Rehearsal photo dump,” with a celebratory emoji to express excitement for her upcoming Celebration tour. She paired the corset with a black pleated mini skirt, buckled boots, and a royal blue knee brace.

Madonna’s fans were thrilled to see her back in action. “One thing I love about Madonna is she never let anybody or anything stop her shine,” one fan commented. “Step right up, the greatest show on earth is about to begin!!!” another fan announced.

Madonna was hospitalized with a bacterial infection in July. After spending time in the ICU, she has made a full recovery and is preparing to open her tour on October 14 at the O2 Arena in London.

The “Like a Prayer” songstress is no stranger to wearing black corsets. She has often posed in them on Instagram, and even wore one in her bathroom recently, pairing it with a cross necklace.

Madonna’s daughter, Lourdes Leon, 26, is also a fan of the figure-flattering style. She often wears corsets of her own, following in her mother’s fashionable footsteps.

It is clear that Madonna is back and better than ever. She is ready to take the stage and give her fans a show they will never forget.
