Kroy Biermann’s lawyer has shut down Kim Zolciak’s claim that the estranged couple are “working on” their marriage after Biermann filed for divorce for a second time.

“There is no reconciliation. His resolve to see this divorce through to the end has not waivered,” Biermann’s lawyer, Marlys A. Bergstrom, told Us Weekly.

The lawyer made the clarification after Zolciak claimed on Instagram that she and Biermann were “working” on their relationship.

Zolciak and Biermann, who have been married for 11 years, filed for divorce in May, but dismissed the filing two months later. Biermann filed for divorce again in August.

Sources have told TMZ that the couple had a blowout fight over finances. Both Zolciak and Biermann have been facing financial troubles in recent months.

Zolciak is being sued by Saks/Capital One for allegedly owing $150,000 and Target National Bank for allegedly owing $2,500. Biermann has begged a judge to allow them to sell their $3 million home to cover their “significant debt.”

It remains to be seen how the couple’s divorce will play out.
